How does exchanging or returning work?

At Casify.eu, it is of course possible to exchange or return your order. You have 30 days to cancel your order and register the return. After registering the return, you have an additional 14 days to send the product back.

Once we have received the return shipment, the order amount, including shipping costs, will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after we have received your return.

You can start your return request via the button below. Enter your postal code and order number with which you placed the order, and our system will locate your order. Then, you can indicate which product(s) you want to return, and you will receive a return label. You do not have to pay for the return label; if you want your money back, the return costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
