We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, sometimes things happen, such as a product getting damaged during transport or something else occurring that allows you to claim warranty. Under European law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years from the delivery of the goods. You may have additional rights under Dutch law.
If you discover a defect in the product, or should have discovered it, you must contact us within a reasonable time. A reasonable time is at least two months. In certain circumstances, a period longer than two months may also be acceptable. If you contact us in time, we will ensure a free repair or replacement.
Complaints
Sometimes things don’t go as planned. We recommend that you first make any complaints known to us by emailing info@casify.eu. If this does not lead to a solution, you can submit your dispute for mediation through WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil. For consumers in the EU, it is also possible to file complaints via the European Commission’s ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint has not been handled elsewhere, you are free to submit your complaint via the European Union platform.
